After 25 years in higher education, I decided to alter my direction and start my own consulting company. Now, my passion is helping colleges and universities with positive change by providing program assessment and educational workshops. I truly enjoyed my time in academia. I had the pleasure of serving as a college dean, associate dean, department chair (nursing, health, public safety), and faculty/program director.
I also had the opportunity to develop a variety of degree programs, certificates, apprenticeships, workforce credentials and dual credit opportunities along with building 2+2 degree pathway options for universities. I worked with program advisory boards and listened to the needs of business and industry to achieve these accomplishments.
